Here is how to request a refund for your books or club membership.
Books: your 7-day money-back guarantee
All books have a 7-day money-back guarantee through Payhip. Ask within 7 days of your purchase and you'll get your money back. I may ask what didn't work for you, so I can make the books better. Your refund never depends on the answer. Each purchase has its own guarantee period.
- Volume I: “Get Your Truck to 500,000 Miles” — $27 (USD).
- Volume II: “The Next Truck: New or Used — Buy It Right the First Time” — $47 (USD).
- Volume III: “The Complete Truck Owner's Bible” — $97 (USD), comes with Vol. I & II.
The guarantee covers Volume I, Volume II and the Volume III purchase that comes with Vol. I & II.
Club refunds and cancellation
Truck Owner Academy (formerly The Garage Bench Club) costs $19.90 a month (USD) and renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Payhip account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself request a refund.
Forgot to cancel? Write to us within 15 days of a charge and we refund that month.
To request the club refund, email [email protected] and identify the membership charge concerned. The refund covers that month. Refunds are processed through Payhip using the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout, the book or club membership purchased, the purchase or charge date, and your order number if available. Payhip processes checkout; send the refund request to us as the seller. Do not send full card details.
Where the refund goes
Refunds go through Payhip and the original payment provider and payment method. When the funds appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
After the refund window
For books, the guarantee window is 7 days from purchase. For the club, the refund window is 15 days from the charge. For a billing error or access issue, contact [email protected] with your purchase details.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these refund windows.
